At Pediatric Associates, we are very appreciative of the trust that you have in us as the pediatricians for your children. We strive to do everything possible to keep that trust. One of the issues that frequently comes up is access to care when your child is sick. Our offices are open every weekday, and we have at least one office open every day of the year, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We try to keep appropriate availability in our schedules so we can see everyone who needs to be seen that day for illness. So, if your child is ill, unless you have an emergency when you would call 911, we encourage you to call our office to get advice, an appointment, or assistance in obtaining care. There are other sources of medical care for illness in the community, but most do not provide you with the expertise of an experienced pediatrician or pediatric nurse practitioner, and none has easy availability of access to your child's medical record most of the time.
